In the before photo, you can see some abs, even though they are very very faint, they are there. My only guess is because my fitness level had increased by a lot since the last challenge. The area I wanted to trim down the most, my waist, unfortunately didn’t change at all. ![]() I’m gonna save you the long introduction and get straight into the results! don’t mind the tissue stuffed in my pocket LOL My measurements:Īs you can see… my measurements changed ever so slightly and visually, the difference is very subtle. Who knew that 14 days later, I would be doing them with complete ease, it really was a miracle! What did change, was my ability to push through the pain, my overall strength, endurance and mindset too.Īt the beginning of this challenge, I really struggled with certain exercises such as up and down jacks, side planks and anything else plank related (I can’t stand planks… or should I say, I can’t plank planks LOL). My Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge Results After seeing great results from that as well as having all this extra free time due to the newly imposed lockdown, I decided to try her new and improved 2020 workout program. In the summer, I completed her 2019 2 week shred challenge. Her home workouts are known to be brutal yet extremely effective, which is why they’ve become so popular- especially during this pandemic. Ultimately, I would recommend this challenge to people who either are starting out or between the area of becoming more active if that makes sense.A post shared by Chloe Ting The Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred ChallengeĬhloe Ting is an Australian fitness YouTuber that has helped transform the lives of thousands and thousands of people. ![]() Since you already did the 2 week shred, this may help you tone up more bc it works out your whole body, not just your stomach. Besides that, it was a good experience and it definitely got me wanting to do the 2020 2 week shred. What I can say that I didn't enjoy was that she'll sometimes have days where the toned arm workouts are repeated and my arms would give out a lot. I tended to do those when I got tired or knew I'd overwork myself if I didn't slow down. ![]() Also, she has a lot of low impact exercises. Overall, I did enjoy the challenge because she had a lot of new workouts and her constantly motivating you throughout the videos were very helpful. I don't want to say that you'd get drastic results, but everyone's body is different and I believe that a lot can happen in 28 days. Anyways, I lost an inch on my waist, about 4 lbs, with some definition starting to form on my abs, lost a decent amount of back fat, and my butt got a little bigger. It was also my first time actually following through one of her challenges as I attempted the 2 week shred one last year and gave up not even a day in lol. I just completed it yesterday and I did in fact see some results! Coming from someone who played soccer for 14 years, this was the first time I truly felt my core becoming stronger.
